HOW TO PERFORM
- Stand with the feet hip width apart, fold forward and set the wheel on the floor in front of the feet, holding it with both hands.
- Brace hard and roll the wheel out until the body is straight and close to the floor, arms reaching overhead.
- Pull the wheel back toward the feet with the abs until the hips are high again, without the hips sagging on the way.
FORM TIPS
- Own full kneeling rollouts first. Rolling into a wall caps the range until you can pull back from full extension.
