HOW TO PERFORM
- Lie on your back with the heels on top of a stability ball, legs straight and arms flat on the floor beside you.
- Squeeze the glutes and lift the hips until the body is straight from shoulders to heels.
- Keeping the hips high, curl the heels toward the glutes and roll the ball in until the soles are flat on it.
- Roll the ball back out under control until the legs are straight, with the hips still off the floor.
FORM TIPS
- The hips stay up for the whole set. If they sag as the ball rolls in, the floor is taking the work off the hamstrings.
- Press the arms into the floor for balance. Spreading them wider makes the ball easier to control while you learn it.
