HOW TO PERFORM
- Kneel behind a stability ball, lie over it and walk the hands out until the shins rest on the ball and the hands are under the shoulders in a straight-arm plank.
- Brace the abs so the body is one straight line.
- Bend the knees and pull them toward the chest, rolling the ball forward under the feet.
- Straighten the legs to roll the ball back to the start without letting the hips sag.
FORM TIPS
- The hips lift a little as the knees come in, and the shoulders stay over the hands.
- The further the ball sits toward the toes, the harder it is to hold the line. Start with it under the shins.
