HOW TO PERFORM
- Lie on your back on a smooth floor with the knees bent and a slider or folded towel under each heel.
- Squeeze the glutes and lift the hips into a bridge.
- Keeping the hips up, slide the heels away until the legs are almost straight.
- Dig the heels down and pull them back toward the glutes to return to the bridge.
FORM TIPS
- The slide out is the hard half. Take it slowly and stop before the hips touch the floor.
- Press the heels into the floor the whole time. Light heels let the sliders run away from you.
