Kettlebell Single Arm Front Rack Carry
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Kettlebell
HOW TO PERFORM
- Clean one kettlebell to the front rack: handle at the collarbone, bell resting on the back of the forearm, elbow tucked in.
- Stand tall with the ribs down and brace, shoulders level and the free arm relaxed at your side.
- Walk with short, controlled steps without leaning toward the bell or away from it.
- Set it down under control at the end of the distance, then carry it on the other side.
FORM TIPS
- The load on one side tries to bend and twist you toward it. Resisting that is the point, so keep the shoulders and hips square the whole way.
