Serratus Wall Slide
A step-by-step guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the movement and what to watch for.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Stand facing a wall and set the forearms on it, little-finger side against the wall, elbows at shoulder height and shoulder width apart.
- Push the forearms gently into the wall so the shoulder blades spread around the ribs.
- Slide the forearms up the wall until the arms are overhead, keeping that push, then slide back down under control.
FORM TIPS
- Keep the ribs down and the neck long. If the shoulders shrug toward the ears, stop the slide there.
