Seated Leg Press Machine
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.

- Machine
HOW TO PERFORM
- Set the seat so the knees are bent to about 90 degrees with the feet shoulder-width on the platform.
- Take the handles and press through mid-foot to straighten the legs, stopping short of a harsh lockout.
- Bend the knees back to the start under control, then press again.
FORM TIPS
- Loads here do not carry across to a 45 degree sled, so track this machine on its own.
