Reverse Crunch
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Lie on your back with the hips and knees bent to about 90 degrees, hands by your sides or gripping a bench behind your head.
- Curl the hips off the floor and draw the knees toward the chest.
- Lower slowly until the hips return to the floor, without the feet touching down.
FORM TIPS
- The hips have to leave the floor. Rocking the knees back and forth with the hips down is just swinging the legs.
