Barbell Single Arm Landmine Push Press
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Barbell
HOW TO PERFORM
- Set a bar in a landmine and stand facing it, holding the far sleeve in one hand at shoulder height.
- Dip a few inches by bending the knees, keeping the torso upright.
- Drive up hard through the legs and use that drive to press the bar up and away until the arm is straight.
- Lower back to the shoulder, finish the side, then swap.
FORM TIPS
- The legs start the press and the arm finishes it, so you will move more than in a strict landmine press.
