Barbell Single Arm Landmine Press
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Barbell
HOW TO PERFORM
- Set a bar in a landmine and take the far sleeve in one hand at shoulder height, standing or half-kneeling.
- Brace the trunk and press the bar up and away on the angle the landmine dictates, finishing with the arm long in front of the head.
- Lower back to the shoulder under control, then finish the side and swap.
FORM TIPS
- The arc is diagonal rather than straight up, which is why it suits shoulders that do not like a strict vertical press.
