Incline Row
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Set up as for a vertical row but walk the feet further forward so the body leans back further.
- Keep a straight line from heels to head and the arms straight to start.
- Pull the chest to your hands, then lower under control.
FORM TIPS
- Somewhere between upright and horizontal. Walking the feet out a few inches at a time is how you progress.
- Do not let the hips sag as the angle gets harder.
