Inchworm Walkout
A step-by-step guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the movement and what to watch for.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Stand tall, hinge at the hips and put your hands on the floor, bending the knees as much as you need to get there.
- Walk the hands out until you reach a straight-arm plank, hips level and ribs down.
- Walk the hands back toward the feet, keeping the legs as straight as you can.
- Stand up and repeat.
FORM TIPS
- A warm-up drill, not a stretch to hold: it is the walking out and back that does the work.
