Hanging Oblique Knee Raise
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Pull-Up Bar
HOW TO PERFORM
- Hang from a pull-up bar with the arms straight and the shoulders pulled down.
- Bend the knees and raise them up and across toward one elbow, curling and turning the hips.
- Lower under control to a still hang.
- Raise to the other side on the next rep, alternating sides.
FORM TIPS
- Turn the hips, not the shoulders. If the body starts to swing, pause in the hang before the next rep.
