Decline Reverse Crunch
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Lie on a decline bench with the head at the high end and grip the bench behind the head.
- Bend the hips and knees to about 90 degrees and lift the feet off the bench.
- Curl the hips off the bench and draw the knees toward the chest.
- Lower slowly until the hips touch the bench, keeping the feet off it.
FORM TIPS
- The steeper the bench, the harder each rep. The hips have to leave the bench, or it is only a leg swing.
