Cable Standing Leg Curl
A step-by-step form guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the lift, what to watch for, and the muscles it trains.

HOW TO PERFORM
- Strap a cuff to one ankle and stand facing a low cable pulley, holding the machine for balance.
- Keep the thighs in line and curl the heel toward the glutes without letting the knee drift forward.
- Lower slowly under control, finish the reps, then switch legs.
FORM TIPS
- Stand far enough back that the stack stays lifted at the bottom, so the hamstring never gets a rest.
