Ankle Rocker (Knee to Wall)
A step-by-step guide from the Ægir Iron exercise library: how to do the movement and what to watch for.
- Equipment
- Bodyweight
HOW TO PERFORM
- Set up facing a wall in a half-kneeling or split stance, front foot a few inches back from it.
- Drive the front knee forward over the toes toward the wall, keeping the heel glued to the floor.
- Return and repeat, edging the foot further back as the range improves.
- Work both ankles evenly.
FORM TIPS
- The heel lifting is the end of the rep. How far back the foot can go while the heel stays down is the number to track.
