Ægir Iron Payments page: each athlete's rate, who is overdue and who is paid up

Your athletes train free

Share one invite link. An athlete taps it, signs up or signs in, and is on your roster straight away, with no email lookups and nothing for them to buy. They use the full app, covered by your plan. Their training belongs to them: if they leave, they keep their history and can train on their own for free or join another coach.

Programming for a roster

More than 70 pre-built programs

5/3/1, nSuns 531 LP, GZCLP, the Texas Method, Sheiko, Smolov, Power Matrix and more, ready to push to several athletes at once.

The program wizard

Answer a few questions about the sport, experience and days a week and it writes a full periodized cycle, priced from the athlete's own maxes.

Build it yourself

Cycle, block, week and day structure with per-set prescription by percentage, RPE or weight, then copy a week or a block across.

Starting maxes on the way in

Push a percentage program to several athletes and set each one's starting maxes in the same step, so nobody opens a block with blank weights.

Their history comes with them

Import a client's past training from a spreadsheet, a pasted table or another app's export, for one athlete or the whole roster in one file.

Changes reach them instantly

Update a block or adjust meet attempts and your athlete sees it the next time they open the app. You review what they logged against what you wrote.

See who needs you first

The coach dashboard leads with the athletes who need you: anyone who has stopped logging or is running low on recovery, whoever has gone longest without logging first, with everyone else one tap away under Show all. A roster of 30 reads as fast as a roster of 3.

Notes on every athlete, kept in order

With a big roster, what you know about each athlete ends up scattered across texts, a spreadsheet and memory. Each athlete's profile has a Notes tab with a place for each kind of note, so the injury you need to program around is not buried under last month's check-in.

Injuries and limitations

Record the body area and side, whether it is active, being managed or resolved, when it started, and the exercises to avoid. A current injury shows under the athlete's name on your roster.

Schedule changes

Travel, vacation, a reduced week, a meet or an illness, with the dates. Your roster shows who is away now and whose change starts next.

Likes and dislikes

The lifts and accessories each athlete enjoys, the ones they would rather skip, and the equipment they have.

A summary and a dated log

A short pinned summary to read before you program, and dated notes tagged check-in, technique, life or nutrition, with search and a tag filter.

Notes are private to you. Your athlete never sees them, and they are deleted if the athlete leaves your roster or either of you deletes your account.

Run the business side in the same app

Your athletes, your schedule and your payments are one page, Roster, in the main menu. Open an athlete and their profile shows their training, your notes, their appointments and whether they are paid up.

Schedule check-ins

Set check-ins, calls, training sessions and form reviews with any athlete. They are notified, see the time in their own time zone, and add it to Apple, Outlook or Google Calendar in one tap. A video link becomes a Join button.

Track client payments

Set each athlete's rate and how often they pay, log each payment and how it was made, and see who is paid up, due or overdue, overdue first. Export it all to CSV for your books.

A message board for your team

The Chalkboard is a private board for you and your roster: announcements, new PRs, who trains when. Up to five named threads, emoji reactions, and everyone on the roster is notified when someone posts.

Today, at the top

Your dashboard opens on what needs you today: the check-ins still to come and anyone overdue on payment.

Payments in Ægir Iron is tracking only. Clients pay you directly, the way they already do (Venmo, Apple Cash, Zelle, cash or anything else), and you log it. Ægir Iron never collects, processes or holds money, and takes no fee. Whether a client can see their own payment status is your choice, and it is off until you turn it on.

Meet day

Plan attempts and warm-ups for powerlifting, weightlifting and strongman, with Wilks, DOTS, IPF GL and Sinclair scoring and strongman events scored by weight, reps, distance or time. Meet plans sync between you and your athlete in real time, and print or save as meet sheets.

Your brand

Set your company name, logo and a short bio once in Settings, and every athlete you add sees your business: in the app header, on program print sheets, meet sheets and attempt cards, on the share cards athletes post after a PR, on block reports and on the Help page. Pick one of 15 color palettes there too, and the app wears your colors for every athlete on your roster.

Coaches train too

Program and log your own training alongside your roster, in the same account. If you want help reading results, the optional Ægir Assistant Coach is a separate add-on that reads logged training and analytics and confirms every change before it saves. Everything on this page works without it.

Plans

Every coach plan includes every coaching tool on this page and starts with a 30-day free trial. You pay by roster size, and your athletes pay nothing.

Questions coaches ask

What do my athletes pay?
Nothing. Athletes on your roster use the full app free, covered by your plan. Only the coach pays, by roster size.
Does Ægir Iron collect payments from my clients?
No. Payments is a tracking tool only. Clients pay you directly through whatever you already use, such as Venmo, Apple Cash, Zelle or cash, and you log each payment in the app to see who is paid up or overdue. Ægir Iron never collects, processes or holds money, and takes no fee.
Can I bring my clients' past training with me?
Yes. Import a client's history from a spreadsheet, a pasted table or another app's export, for one athlete or your whole roster in one file, so their charts and personal records are there from day one. How onboarding a new client works.
What happens to an athlete's data if they leave my roster?
Their training stays with them. An athlete who leaves keeps their full history and can train on their own for free or join another coach. The payment record you kept for them stays with you. Your private notes on them are deleted.
Can I see my athletes' sleep and readiness data from their watch or ring?
Indirectly, through Apple Health. Athletes rate sleep, soreness, desire to train and stress when they log a session, and on iPhone the sleep rating can be pre-filled from Apple Health, so a watch or ring that records sleep there feeds it. You see each athlete's readiness ratings and bodyweight trend on their profile in Roster, not the raw wearable data. This is health data, so the app collects it only from athletes who consent to it being collected. Android Health Connect is not supported yet.
Where do I keep notes on a client?
On the client's profile, under Roster then Notes. Notes are organised rather than one long page: a pinned summary you read before you program, injuries and limitations with the exercises to avoid, schedule changes such as travel, a reduced week or a meet, likes and dislikes and the equipment they have, and dated notes tagged check-in, technique, life or nutrition, with search. A current injury or an absence shows under the athlete's name on your roster. Notes are private to you, and they are deleted if the athlete leaves your roster.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every coach plan starts with a 30-day free trial, and you can change roster size later.
